Indian Springs Holistic Center is a TRUE holistic center, treating mind, body, and spirit. Holistic means treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. We believe that everybody can live in balance, health, and wellness. Through education, wellness therapies, whole nutrition, exercise, and proper supplementation this can be a reality.

Laura Brody: CMT, HHP, CYT - The owner of Indian Springs Holistic Center has been a licensed and certified Massage Therapist in California since 1996, and in Alabama since 2003. In the years since first obtaining her Medical Massage Therapy diploma, Ms. Brody has consistently taken more continuing education classes than required, and has studied a wide variety of modalities including; cranial sacral, visceral manipulation, neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, and theracupping amongst others. She also studied and has a diploma in Asian systems; which includes acupressure, Zen shiatsu, and polarity therapy. In 2002, Ms. Brody received her Yoga instructor certification, and in 2007 finished her studies in Holistic Health Practices, graduating with honors. As a result, Ms. Brody is adept in a wide range of techniques and a large amount of education to draw from to tailor each client’s wellness needs and preferences. 
Jennifer Boyd: Licensed Esthetician, first pursued a career in retail management. After 13 years of managing different stores, she longed for a career that affected people in a more therapeutic way. In the field of esthetics, she found a passion for skincare.She began her career in esthetics with an Intense Pulsed Light machine. She performed light therapies on people for hair removal, acne, and wrinkle reduction. She wanted to do more for the skin to aid in the success rate of the procedure but was not trained and certainly not licensed to treat the skin. Jennifer then enrolled in Skinactics School of Esthetics where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. She was eager to learn more about skin, advanced treatments, ingredients, and how the skin is really affected by internal factors that we can control and external factors that we can protect against.
While working toward her undergraduate degree and her license, Jennifer became involved in the International Dermal Institute in Atlanta, which is a world renown institution. She was awarded the Legacy Scholarship in October 2006 to aid in furthering her education. In June 2008, she received her postgraduate diploma in skin and body therapies and is currently the only esthetician in the state of Alabama with this degree.

Dr. John Kim: Earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in March of 2006. Dr. Kim was the founder of the Adaptt Chiropractic technique, which he taught for a few years, becoming one of the largest clubs at his school. After finishing his clinical, Dr. Kim successfully completed parts I, II, III, IV and physiotherapy of the Chiropractic National Boards. Shortly after obtaining his license, he began practicing in Alabama, where he was the treating physician of a practice located in Bessemer. Dr. Kim has extensive knowledge of sports injuries and athletic performance, as he was once an athlete himself. His understanding of proper body bio mechanics and techniques allow him to understand and treat his patients with the highest level of care.
